Goodreads is my favorite place to track, group or list, and review books I've read and/or want to read. And I absolutely cherish the "Year in Books" list they provide users each year. It is so fun to look back at all the books I've read as I tidy up my to-read list for the new year.
Here are some fun facts about my 2018 as told by books:
I read 8,895 pages across 40 books
Shortest book: 28 pages.
(When You Wish Upon a Star by Ned Washington)

Most popular: Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone by J. K. Rowling
(5,618,905 other people read)

As you may notice, several of my books this year were craft, sewing, or other DIY books. I have had the great pleasure of expanding my professional reading and review services to include a host of fabulous hobby publishers in addition to popular novels and literature.
My top picks from this year are The Woman in the Window and My Name is Venus Black. They are both amazing debut novels that I recommend a hundred times over!
In 2019 I'm hoping to read the Crazy Rich Asians series and the Crimes of Grindelwald screenplay. Also, I'd like to work my way through the six Palliser novels by Anthony Trollope.
So, tell me... What were your tops reads in 2018?!
